Scary Architecture

This article talks about how different cities and building are used in horror films to make a scene more scary than it seems.

For example, in the movie, Halloween, the neighborhood and setting is what makes the serial killer even scarier. Or in “The Shining”, the Overlook Hotel is a classic example of a cleverly designed building to make the viewer scared.

Architecture and setting is a big part of the scary vibe used in movies.
