Petting Zoo FRAC Centre

Petting Zoo is the latest work developed by experimental architecture and design studio Minimaforms. The studio uses processing to build life like robots that react internally when they are pet. It uses camera tracking and sensor to detect human presence, and lack of reaction from the audience leads to reactions of boredom and disinterest.

In today’s technology, mimicking life actions and take inspiration from life and nature has been a hot topic in technology and robotics. It’s equally encouraging to see the emergency of art in this field as well.
