Hanksy’s Satirical Approach to Trump’s Position in the Polls

With the election coming up tomorrow, I wanted to share some street art around Philly that criticizes Donald Trump. Banksy, a street artist based in New York created a pasteup with Donald Trump and multiple Mexican symbols. Hanksy comments on Trump’s racist comments that we’ve heard throughout the election.

The first time I saw it was in March when I was walking around Philadelphia. I thought it was super effective and funny, and since then, have looked out for more work by Hanksy. This weekend, when I was walking around South Street, I spotted another paste up. I thought it’d be a perfect time to share.
